What happens if my payment fails?

In the event of a failed charge, there’s a maximum of a 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your payment plan urrent. In case you do not update the information your payment plan will be canceled, and no money will be refunded.

To update your payment information, by following the steps below:

  • Log into your Papas MyAccount
  • Navigate to the tab called My Orders
  • Locate your upcoming order and select the button labeled View Order
  • Locate the section labeled Payment Plan and select the option with your next available payment date. 
  • Update payment and complete the charge to update your payment method on file.
